I had a dream the other night that the latest discourse topic was over the idea that Fairy was a reincarnation of Nie Mingjue.

People I followed were of the opinion that it was stupid, had no textual support, and didn't make sense, but they kept receiving anons insisting that it was a perfectly valid reading, because it wasn't explicitly contradicted.

For instance, Batman relentlessly pursues crime, Robin makes wisecracks even as he is beating up the villains, Nightwing questions his own ability to lead the Titans, etc.ALT

flipping through some of the dc ttrpg lorebooks & this is maybe the funniest characterization note i've ever seen. just "batman will always be focused on the job. robin will always be a chatterbox. and nightwing will ALWAYS be having yet another goddamn existential crisis."
